Privacy policy
How we handle the information you share when you visit, contact us, or book a conversation.
Your information
Last updated: September 9, 2026.
The Foregrounds Tech, Inc. operates this website. This policy covers website visits, enquiries, and discovery-call bookings. Work we carry out for a client may be covered by a separate agreement.
What we collect
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message, and any company or role details you provide. When you book a call, we also ask about your business problem, desired outcome, budget range, and preferred start timeframe. We receive the meeting details and any follow-up correspondence.
Our hosting and service providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as connection details, browser information, and request logs. Website analytics provide information about pages visited, referring sites, approximate location, and device and browser types.
How we use it
We use enquiry and booking information to respond, assess whether we can help, prepare for conversations, and manage our business relationship. We use technical information to operate and protect the site and aggregated analytics to understand which content is useful.
Please share only what we need to understand your enquiry. Avoid sending passwords, financial account details, or sensitive personal or client information through the public form.
The services involved
- Tally hosts our contact form and processes submissions. Submission notifications are delivered to our business email.
- Cal.com handles discovery-call bookings and qualification answers. Meeting information is passed to our connected calendar and conferencing services to arrange the call.
- Google Workspace supports our business email, calendar, and video meetings.
- Vercel hosts the website. Its Web Analytics service provides aggregated traffic statistics without advertising cookies.
- Google Analytics, when you accept analytics cookies, helps us understand visits, referral sources, and completed contact forms and booking requests. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, or booking details to Google Analytics.
- Sanity supplies published blog content and images. Loading that content may send a request to its content delivery network.
These providers process information to deliver their services. Their privacy notices explain their own practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and the security of our services.
Cookies and embedded services
Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. You can decline or withdraw consent through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from contacting us or booking a call. Your choice is saved in your browser; withdrawing consent removes our Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the analytics script.
This website does not use advertising pixels. The contact form and booking service are embedded third-party tools. They may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as security, preferences, and sign-in. Your browser settings let you control cookies; blocking them may affect those tools. You can also email us directly.
Keeping and protecting information
We retain information as needed to handle enquiries, manage business relationships, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the purpose, the nature of our relationship, and applicable requirements. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of your information.
We use access controls and service providers to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our team and providers may process information in countries other than your own; protections and legal requirements can differ by location.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also be able to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
Where a legal basis is required, we process enquiries to take steps toward a requested engagement and rely on our legitimate interests to respond to business communications, operate the site, and maintain security. Legal obligations or consent may apply in other circumstances.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
